Polypropylene (PP) strapping is the standard choice for pallet packaging, as well as for securing packages of varying weights – from light to medium to heavier loads. Our range of tapes is differentiated by the type of package, its weight, and the type of machines used for packaging. PP straps are ideal for securing light and medium-weight shipments, as well as for stabilizing pallets in daily logistics. They are suitable for use with hand tools and automatic binding machines. The tapes are available in standard black and white options, and can be branded with a logo print upon request.
Manual application
PP straps for manual packaging come in widths of 12 and 16 mm and thicknesses of 0.70 to 0.80 mm. It is suitable for all standard tools for binding with metal and wire fasteners, as well as for battery-operated and pneumatic tools. Recommendation: for packaging medium and heavy packages, as well as for pallet packaging of goods (pallet weights from 100 kg to 800 kg).

Automatic application
The manual application of PP tape for automatic packaging comes in widths ranging from 5 to 16 mm and thicknesses from 0.38 to 0.90 mm. It is suitable for standard fully automatic strapping machines, as well as for hand tools and semi-automatic machines. Recommendation: for packaging light, medium, and heavy packages, as well as for pallet packaging of goods (pallet weights from 100 kg to 800 kg).
