Translate from: Battery-powered hand tool – ITA 84 tensioner

The ITA 84 is an innovative battery-powered tensioner designed for standard (Regular Duty) and high-strength steel strapping in widths of 19 mm, 25 mm, and 32 mm. Battery power enables easier and more adaptable strap tensioning, while still delivering the same high level of performance as the pneumatic version. ITA 84 allows for packaging operations to be carried out in any work environment, without restrictions such as hoses, compressors, or air connections. Using the potentiometer located under the battery (Li-Ion 18V – 5Ah, which allows for a large number of pack cycles), it is possible to adjust the tightening force up to 13,000 N. ITA 84 is compatible with all Itatools sealers, including those intended for standard (Regular Duty) and high tensile (High Tensile) steel strapping in widths of 19 mm, 25 mm, and 32 mm. Battery power allows for simpler and more flexible strapping, while maintaining the same high level of performance as the pneumatic version. The ITA 84 allows for packaging operations to be performed in any work environment, without limitations such as hoses, compressors, or air connections. Using the potentiometer located beneath the battery (Li-Ion 18V – 5Ah, which allows for a large number of packaging cycles), it is possible to adjust the tightening force up to 13,000 N.

ITA 84 is compatible with all Itatools sealers, including:

• ITA 85 – battery pliers – battery pliers
• ITA 45 – pneumatic pliers
• ITA 37 – manual pliers

In this way, it is ensured. optimal and reliable packaging operationSuitable even for the most demanding industrial applications, like packaging coils, steel pipes and similar heavy burdens.

Battery-powered hand tool – ITA 85 coupling closer

The ITA 85 is a new battery-powered tool for sealing joints, designed for steel straps with widths of 19 mm, 25 mm, and 32 mm. It enables perfect double notch closure and represents an innovative solution for all applications of steel strap packaging. In combination with the ITA 84 battery strapping tool, you can perform complete steel strapping operations anywhere, without the use of a compressor, air connections, and without additional labor costs.

ITA 85 is compatible with all Itatools steel strap tensioners, including:

Strong, fast, and reliable, the ITA 85 was designed to be resilient i zahteva minimalno održavanje, which makes it an ideal solution for both standard and demanding industrial working conditions.Suitable even for the most demanding industrial applications, like packaging coils, steel pipes and similar heavy burdens.
