Palletizers and depalletizers — automatic and robotic
Palletizer and Depalletizer – YOUNGSUN
Palletizer – Automated stacking of products onto a pallet
Youngsun palletizers represent a modern solution for automatically stacking products onto pallets, achieving an organized, standardized, and highly efficient packaging process. These systems significantly reduce the need for manual labor, increase productivity, and ensure stably and high-quality formed pallets. Youngsun offers a wide range of configurations, including automatic and semi-automatic palletizers, as well as advanced robotic palletizers. Thanks to this diversity, it's possible to adapt the solution to different types of packaging and cargo – from cardboard boxes and packages, thru bags and drums, to containers and other solid products.
- Low-level palletizers – products are loaded from the ground, and stacking begins from the base level of the pallet.
- High-level palletizers – products arrive from a higher conveyor system and are arranged directly onto the pallet.
- Robotic palletizers – the most flexible solution, ideal for different formats and loads, with high precision and the ability to quickly change stacking configurations.
Youngsun palletizers enable reliable automation, stable stacking, and adaptation to the requirements of modern production and logistics systems.
Depalletizer – Automated removal of products from pallets
The Youngsun depalletizer is an automated machine designed for efficiently removing products from pallets, such as empty bottles, cans, boxes, etc., and transferring them to conveyor belts for further processing. The system automatically removes wrappers and interlayers, breaks down the pallet layer by layer, and ensures a continuous, stable flow of products into the production line. Youngsun depalletizers can be automatic or highly automated, available in a gantry design or combined with robotic handling. They are designed to work with various packaging formats and integrate easily into complete filling, packaging, and production lines.
- Automatic palletizing and faster product insertion into the line
- Working with different formats: bottles, cans, boxes, containers
- Easy integration with conveyors and other machines
- High efficiency and minimal need for manual labor
