Steel strap for heavy packages
Steel strip made from high-quality steel, heat-treated to withstand heavy loads. It is used for packaging the heaviest loads and is most commonly applied in the metal and wood processing industries. Although steel straps are increasingly being replaced by PET straps in many industries, we still recommend using steel for specific and demanding applications. Steel strapping remains indispensable in conditions where high temperatures are present, as well as for packaging extremely heavy and massive loads, where maximum tensile strength and impact resistance are required. A wide range of bright and black steel straps is available, tailored to meet various industrial packaging requirements.
Bright steel strapping
Light steel strip is available in widths of 16, 19, 25, and 32 mm and thicknesses of 0.50 to 0.80 mm, with a tensile strength ranging from 600 kg to 1920 kg. The tape is single-wound (ribbon), without anti-corrosive protection. It is compatible with all standard tying tools—both with and without metal fasteners—as well as with automatic machines that use spot welding.
Recommended application:
It is ideal for packaging medium to heavy loads, including palletized goods, with a total weight ranging from 600 kg to 5000 kg.
Idealna je za pakovanje srednje teških i teških tereta, uključujući paletizovanu robu, ukupne težine od 600 kg do 5000 kg.

Black-painted steel strip
The black-painted steel strap is available in widths of 16, 19, 25, and 32 mm and thicknesses from 0.50 to 0.80 mm, with a breaking strength ranging from 680 kg to 10,600 kg. The tape is available in single (ribbon) and multiple (oscillated) windings. It is characterized by high tensile strength and exceptional impact resistance, along with superior anti-corrosion protection, making it a reliable choice even for the most demanding packaging conditions. It is compatible with all standard binding tools – both with and without metal staples – as well as with automatic machines that use spot welding. 0.50 to 0.80 mm, with a breaking strength ranging from 680 kg to 10,600 kg.
