Macro-perforated Linear polyethylene film is intended for use on automatic and semi-automatic lines. Thanks to the ability to pre-stretch up to 250-300%, it provides high stability for the load on the pallet while simultaneously allowing ventilation of the wrapped products. The main advantage of this product is the significant reduction in plastic – by using this film, it is possible to decrease consumption by about 54–55% compared to standard films, thereby achieving more economical and environmentally friendly packaging.
The films are primarily used for packaging dairy products, fresh foods (meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, and fruits), grains, frozen foods, beverages and soft drinks, pet food, charcoal, and other products sensitive to storage and transportation conditions.
Basic 20-micron macro-perforated Polyethylene film for manual use, capable of withstanding heavy and bulky pallets while simultaneously allowing adequate ventilation of the goods. Specifically designed for use on machines that do not have a pre-stretching system, this material allows for direct tensioning of the film without the need for prior stretching.
