Textile straps are a lightweight and safe alternative to steel straps, designed for a wide range of applications. They are characterized by high strength, wear resistance, and safety for the user and the material being packaged, as they do not damage sensitive surfaces.
They are used in combination with wire connectors, thru which a strong and reliable binding and tightening is achieved.
Tapes are corrosion-resistant and extreme weather conditions, which makes them suitable for outdoor use.Depending on the manufacturing method, there are two basic types:
Hot melt textile tapes
Woven strips
Packaging with WOVEN textile tape
Woven tapes are made using a cross-weaving technology of polyester threads, which achieves a high level of strength and flexibility. They have a textile appearance, are pleasant to the touch, soft, and allow for additional tightening after being tied.
They are suitable for industries that package products of irregular shapes and with sharp edges – such as sawmills, profile manufacturers, glass, stone, chemicals, automotive and metal industries.

Features and Benefits
- Exceptional resistance to UV radiation and low temperatures
- Heat resistance up to +150 °C
- High strength and elasticity, suitable for heavy industrial applications
- It does not damage the product surface, making it ideal for products with a sensitive or lacquered surface.
- Safe and easy to use, it doesn't cut hands like steel strapping

Packaging with HOT Melt textile tape
Hot melt tape is made by bonding polyester threads using hot melt adhesive technology. They are intended for light and medium-duty packaging applications. It is important to note that these strips are sensitive to extremely high and low air temperatures, and their use in moderate conditions is recommended.
Technical specifications
| Type | Width (mm) | Inner diameter | Length (km) | Breaking force (kg) |
| HOT melt – HM | 9 | 76 | 500 | 290 |
| HOT melt – HM | 13 | 76 | 400 | 590 |
| HOT melt – HM | 25 | 76 | 950 | 500 |
| HOT melt – HM | 30 | 76 | 150 | 1200 |
Features and Benefits
- Resistance to UV radiation and moisture, which allows for their use in outdoor conditions
- Elasticity and the ability to tighten, making them ideal for securing products with variable volumes, such as lumber
- Gentle contact with the product surface, thanks to their softness and elasticity, making them suitable for use on sensitive surfaces
